We didn’t set out to build software we set out to fix the problems we faced every day: disconnected systems, mismatched numbers, and compliance evidence scattered across spreadsheets and inboxes.

Most infrastructure software is built by technology companies and sold to an industry they don’t fully understand. F0CUS was built the other way around by operational and commercial managers, quantity surveyors, and project leads who needed better tools and decided to build them.
