F0CUS is a flexible, modular platform that we tailor to your unique requirements. Our team customises the implementation to best support your business needs. The flexible and responsive system adapts to industry changes and future-proofs your organisation as you scale-up, innovate and grow.

Our team will support you every step of the way from initial fact finding to go-live and beyond. A three-step implementation makes sure F0CUS will work for you and your business.

Phase 1
Analysis and Fact Finding

Our F0CUS mobilisation team will work closely with you in Phase 1 to determine the exact requirements of the system. From these discussions and our team’s extensive industry knowledge we will have a firm starting point for the implementation. Requirements and functionality will be fully defined and confirmed both with management and users ‘on the ground’. All processes and systems will be mapped out.

Phase 2
Configuration and Pre-Roll Out

In Phase 2 we will build out your F0CUS system - everything from deploying your own secure database to entering the configuration data required for F0CUS to operate as your system. F0CUS is highly configurable and all functionalities will be tested to ensure you are receiving a system that meets your needs. We will provide in-depth training to your teams to ensure that all your users understand the system.

Phase 3
Operate

In this final Phase 3 we will release any custom development and enable access to your F0CUS platform. This may be staged across workstreams, and locations so may include an element of informal re-training. Go-live with full support will be provided by our training and technical team.
